Dr. Viola Pierce is a nurse entrepreneur, business strategist, speaker, author, and AI-certified leader — and the Founder & CEO of VP Nursing. With more than 30 years of experience in healthcare, including leadership in the emergency room, she has built her career at the intersection of nursing, leadership, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
After decades of seeing the expertise, leadership, and untapped potential nurses bring to healthcare, Dr. Pierce made it her mission to help nurses recognize that their knowledge can create opportunities far beyond traditional roles. Through VP Nursing and her other business ventures, she equips nurses with the strategy, systems, technology, and business skills needed to turn their expertise into profitable consulting and entrepreneurial ventures.
Today, Dr. Pierce is at the forefront of helping nurses understand and leverage artificial intelligence as a tool for business growth, efficiency, and innovation. Her work empowers nurses to move beyond simply trading time for income and instead build businesses that create greater income, freedom, impact, and ownership.

Jameisha Nicole Rogers, BSN, RN is the CEO and Founder of the Nephrology Nurse Leadership Network, LLC — an education and consulting firm based in Baltimore, MD. A nurse since 2009 and a graduate of Coppin State University, Jameisha has built deep clinical and leadership expertise across hemodialysis and home therapy programs in both acute and chronic settings.
Her career trajectory speaks for itself — from staff nurse to charge nurse, clinical manager, facility administrator, preceptor, nurse educator, and travel nurse before making the leap into entrepreneurship. At every stage, her passion for teaching, patient education, and safety compliance set her apart.
Today, Jameisha channels that expertise into a firm dedicated to elevating nephrology nursing leadership — proving that the skills built at the bedside are the very foundation of a powerful business.

With over 16 years of nursing experience in high-need, underserved communities, Shanekah has witnessed firsthand the emotional, mental, and financial toll that burnout takes on nurses and their families. That firsthand knowledge didn't just shape her perspective — it became her mission.
